When we give you a price, we stick to it. We won't charge you for an initial conversation, of course, but after that it's a case of 'what we agree is what you pay'. There's no risk of unexpected bolt-ons or wiggle room further down the line, and if a situation arises where the scope of the project is subject to change, we're totally transparent about any cost implications.
